Disclosure: I was provided an all-expense paid trip in order to facilitate this review and/or bring you  this exciting news. Regardless, all opinions and experiences are 100% my own.

There is normally not a dull moment in our house, if I haven’t ever conveyed that before. Along with all that excitement comes plenty of raw emotions. So I could think that is my life! Or more my daughter’s life, and the crazy range of emotions she experiences. Hence, attending the #InsideOutEvent next week made sense.

Pixar Inside Out

Inside Out

This has to be one of the cutest movies of the year, it’s a Pixar flick, it is to be expected:

Here is a quick run down of Inside Out:

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

After telling our younger girls that Staci and I were attending the #InsideOutEvent the first part of April they got flooded with emotions. First Anger, then Disgust, followed by Sadness, to Joy and ending with Fear. Just like girls. We asked Jaden to share a video that displays what she is thinking inside.

After watching her video I can totally see what is going on inside her little head.
