Disclosure: Many thanks to Bellisio Foods for sponsoring today’s discussion and keeping my meals tasty and bold!

So for almost two years now Staci and I have been working together at home in the same office. The time we spend together is special and we get to experience all types of events side-by-side. When we are home, we work hard, really hard. We spend countless hours on the computer, doing crafts, or making recipes. So, we have found that the best time for us to step away from the computer is around lunch time. We like quick and easy meals the t feed two to four people. Like Chili’s at home frozen food selection.

Chilis Bacon Mac N Cheese

On of the best parts about the new Chili’s at home frozen food meals, is that they offer something for everybody. We can make a quick batch of soup, or an order of Chicken Fajita Rice on the stove in no time. With a bold flavor and tasty ingredients it is a special treat during the week for us. Today we had the Chicken Fajita Rice and Loaded Chicken Enchilada Soup for lunch, it was “Delicioso”!

And, I can’t go without whipping something up for the little ones. The Chili’s bacon Mac N Cheese is a sure hit for lunch. Our girls just love the big noodles, with little bacon bites sprinkled throughout. The Bacon Mac N Cheese goes great with a few other health options for my kiddo’s lunch.

I’ve partnered with @TxDOT to remind you that all distractions – whether texting, eating, grooming, having a conversation, etc. – can be dangerous. #ad   That is why my family and I are also taking the AT&T It Can Wait pledge at http://www.ItCanWait.com/ to never drive distracted. As I get older and wiser as a dad of 5, I realize parenting is mostly about preparation. That is why I am proud to partner with @TxDOT on educating my daughters about distracted driving.    As a young guy, I found myself preparing to be a dad, or at least a good dad. Now I find myself preparing my children to be good people and safe drivers on the road. Jaci and I have been going over distracted driving prevention tips and having a little fun with the new web-based AR game – Dart Those Distractions. It helps promote safe driving in a fun way.   Check out the link in my bio to play. #HeadsUpTexas #EndTheStreakTX #ad
