It is no secret that this Dallas resident likes the Cowboys. The whole family does and especially our 12 year old daughter who watches the games with Mom and Dad. Sometimes it is so easy to do take out for our game day meals.

The games are at least 2 hours and often 3+ hours, so it is nice to have plenty of food on-hand that we can eat as we please throughout the afternoon or evening. We also like to have a little fun by dressing the part in our Dallas Cowboys clothing and gear.

Jersey Mikes Catering

Jersey Mike’s is Quick and Easy

The last game we watched we ordered Personal Boxed Lunches from Jersey Mikes Catering. Each Personal Box includes any cold sub of your choice, chips, and cookie. These are available in regular or mini sizes. We also got drinks. They have soda, water, and juice. Our subs were turkey and ham, and they were really delicious and filling.

Sometimes we will get Subs by the Box plus chips, cookies, and drinks. Each catering box serves 10 people. This is perfect if friends and family are coming by to watch the game.

FanHeads Football Helmets

We are those fans who will dress in anything with the Dallas Cowboys logo on it to get in the mood for a game in person or on TV. We have 3 FanHeads Helmets for me, my wife, and our daughter.

FanHead Football Helmets

If you aren’t already familiar with FanHeads™ Your I’ll explain. These football helmets are the new way for football fans to show their team spirit and let everyone know who their favorite team is. The helmets are made from strong, foldable paper laminate that is weather resistant. You can modify them during assembly to be small, medium, large, or extra large.

Because they resist rain and wind, these are perfect for tailgating, sitting in a stadium, or watching the game on your patio. As FanHeads’ saying goes, “Get It, Wear It, Game On!”

Get in the Spirit – FanHeads

Next time you are planning a football watching event, get in the spirit by ordering some FanHeads Football Helmets of your favorite team (Go Cowboys!). Then, order some great game food from Jersey Mikes online or by phone. It will be ready for pick-up when you need it.

I’ve partnered with @TxDOT to remind you that all distractions – whether texting, eating, grooming, having a conversation, etc. – can be dangerous. #ad   That is why my family and I are also taking the AT&T It Can Wait pledge at http://www.ItCanWait.com/ to never drive distracted. As I get older and wiser as a dad of 5, I realize parenting is mostly about preparation. That is why I am proud to partner with @TxDOT on educating my daughters about distracted driving.    As a young guy, I found myself preparing to be a dad, or at least a good dad. Now I find myself preparing my children to be good people and safe drivers on the road. Jaci and I have been going over distracted driving prevention tips and having a little fun with the new web-based AR game – Dart Those Distractions. It helps promote safe driving in a fun way.   Check out the link in my bio to play. #HeadsUpTexas #EndTheStreakTX #ad
