Summer Sandwiches

25 Summer Sandwiches

What better way to kick off your backyard get together, or holiday shindigs than with a few Summer sandwiches ideas. We will be celebrating Memorial Day and July 4th pretty soon, and I know we will be attending a few outings. Normally I find myself behind a grill, cooking up some sort of meat. Even though I love grilling, I don’t like the time it takes, or the outdoor grill smell I’m stuck with.

This Summer I am going to try a little something different, and serve up a few tasty sandwiches. My hopes is to cut back on prep, cook, and clean up time. So here are some ideas I am looking forward to trying out on the family real soon.

  1. Italian Ham and Cheese Panini
  2. Grilled Peanut Butter Sandwich
  3. Mini Grilled Cheese Sandwich
  4. Sheena’s Summer Sandwich
  5. Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich
  6. Turkey & Goat Cheese Panini
  7. Turkey and Spicy Hummus Clubs
  8. Muffuletta Sandwiches
  9. Chipotle Fried Chicken Sandwiches
  10. Shrimp Taco Pocket Sandwiches
  11. Turkey and Cucumber Salad Wraps
  12. Buffalo Chicken Wraps
  13. PB, Pear and Cream Cheese Sandwiches
  14. Nutella and Banana on Challah Sandwiches
  15. Veggie Focaccia Sandwiches
  16. Country Ham-and-Peach Panini
  17. Summer Burrito
  18. Grilled Summer Squash Sandwich
  19. Pressed roasted vegetable sandwich
  20. Grilled Peach, Brie & Basil Sandwich
  21. Scrumptious Summer Chicken Salad Sandwich
  22. Shrimp Salad Croissant
  23. Balsamic Blueberry Grilled Cheese
  24. Spicy Mini Meatball Grilled Cheese
  25. Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese

I’m chuckling because I’ve been shocked at the whole foods near me, they have almost zero sandwiches, and when they do, they are horrible, like plain old tuna fish, but I couldn’t think of any ideas to suggest! I should send them this list. I’d love to make the Shrimp Taco Pocket Sandwiches!!

Our girls have continued to homeschool through school closures, just as we’ve done for over a decade.

Online classes for many though have been an adjustment, and they can really slow down a home network with multiple devices.

Luckily #Verizon offers fast, reliable 5G internet in the #Dallas area!
