Nothing Like a 2015 Lexus IS350 Convertible for the Weekend Drive

The 2015 Lexus IS350 Convertible

There’s nothing quite like a convertible for those invigorating weekend drives. Not all convertibles are built the same, though, and the 2015 Lexus IS350 is a vehicle that stands apart from all the rest.

Lexus always impresses with its interiors, and the IS350 continues their decades-long trend toward high-end quality. Elegant leather interior couples with ample front and back leg room for a cabin that is made to impress. The technological features are also top of the line; standard accoutrements like satellite radio, dual USB
inputs, heated seats, and a 15 speaker Mark Levinson surround-sound audio are all integrated with Lexus’ Enform App Suite. Drivers have noted that the remote interface with this system – which handles everything from Apple Music to the optimized climate control – is quick and easy to use.

The exterior is just as beautiful, with a front-lip spoiler, grill inserts, and the exclusive F sport styling that has won Lexus awards at numerous shows throughout the model’s history. The switch from top-up to top-down is seamless and takes less than 20 seconds. Either state looks as beautiful as the other. It’s the quality one expects from a Lexus hardtop.

With all that in mind, it’s easy to see why the 2015 Lexus IS350 Convertible heads its class in comfort. But prospective buyers need to get behind the wheel to see why this awesome convertible is a vacation in and of itself. With 306 horsepower in its V6 engine, the IS350 gets unprecedented power for a convertible of its caliber. Moreover, the 27 highway miles per gallon is simply unheard of, allowing drivers to spend more time on the backroads, track, or freeway and less time at the gas station. Finally, rear-wheel drive gives owners full control over the vehicle’s stunning power and speed, and the latest technological features keep greater traction on the road compared to competitors.

Like most convertibles, the Lexus IS350 Convertible has a bit less trunk space than a full-size sedan (though it can still easily fit your golf bag). But when the driver gets behind the wheel, they won’t be thinking of the trunk space, or the tech features, or even the elegant exterior. The V6 demands attention, as does the smooth handling and the whip of the wind through one’s hair as they cruise down the road toward another unforgettable weekend. This is the perfect convertible to take you there.

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
