Disclosure: Walkers provided my family with a box of Walkers Christmas Shortbread Cookies to decorate. All opinions are my own!

What’s more festive than decorating cookies during the cold winter months? Minimize the kitchen stress and mess (and potential for burnt cookies) by decorating Walkers Shortbread Festive Shapes (from Santa Claus to Christmas Bells, and more). The homemade-in-Scotland cookies will make cookie-decorating with the family delicious and stress-free!

Decorating Walkers Shortbread is a great option for the kids (or anyone) when you may not have enough time to bake cookies, but still want to engage in a fun and festive activity. It’s as easy as paint by numbers: the festive shapes’ imprints will guide your decorating, allowing you and the little ones to easily create an edible masterpiece. See below for examples!

Walkers Shortbread adds to the festive fun with a holiday assortment of Christmas icons – Bells, Stars, Trees and Santa Claus. Walkers pure butter Festive Shapes selection is made with the finest ingredients and without artificial colorings or flavorings.

These make for a great cookie decorating activity during a family gathering, classroom project or play date. With decorative frosting, gel and cookie decorations, you can have a great time decorating cookies without baking.

What an easy idea! So the kids get to decorate cookies, but I don’t have to make them (or the mess)! Thanks!

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
