Disclosure: Dining out with kids is part of the Denny’s Ambassador Program. I am being compensated for my participation. However all thoughts and experiences are 100% my own. #DennysDiners

Holidays are coming back around this year, and it seems our lives are filled with more ciaos than normal. Our kids have school exams, quarter projects and the end to many athletic seasons. At our jobs we are cramming to meet deadlines, having meetings about meeting with potential client and are already trying to figure out our taxes in our heads while being on hold with a client for an hour. Many people are making holiday get-away plans, trying to book flights, get in contact with your Mother who just got a smartphone and wont call you back to tell you who is hosting Thanksgiving lunch and still grab some sleep after looking at the Pre Black Friday deals.

Denny's Holiday Menu

With the entire world winding and cramming happening around us, I try to find any reason to retreat for meals. Whether it is meeting my wife for breakfast on Friday mornings, taking my College student to lunch on her break between classes or the whole family our for dinner so I don’t have to spend the remainder of the evening in the kitchen… Denny’s is always a family favorite for any reason. With Denny’s new “Taste of the Holiday’s” menu my family and I can enjoy a wide variety of Thanksgiving and Christmas favorites!

Denny's Holiday Menu

If you love sweet spice pancakes, hearty lunches or a mix of everything good; Denny’s has something for you. The new Pumpkin Pecan Pie Pancake breakfast comes with fluffy Pumpkin Pancakes made with pecans and drizzles with pecan pie sauce! Served with two eggs anyway you like, crisp hash browns and a choice of bacon or sausage! Most of my kids are “baconaters” but I love Denny’s link sausage with my pancakes. My son has a lager appetite than my girls, so his first choice off the Taste of the Holidays menu is the new Holiday Harvest Skillet! This hearty skillet has gouda-apple chicken sausage served on a bed of seasoned red-skinned potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, grape tomatoes, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, topped with an Italian cheese blend and two eggs anyway you like!

With all these tasty food options it would be crazy not to bring a new dessert to the Denny’s Holiday table. My wife preferred Denny’s Pumpkin pie, they also serve pecan; which is my favorite! The girls prefer the new Santa’s Milk and Cookies Shake made with a creamy vanilla milk shake blended with sugar cookies and topped with whipped cream and more cookie crumbles! This delicious menu is only available until January 6th 2016, come and enjoy the holidays with your family at Denny’s!

Our girls have continued to homeschool through school closures, just as we’ve done for over a decade.

Online classes for many though have been an adjustment, and they can really slow down a home network with multiple devices.

Luckily #Verizon offers fast, reliable 5G internet in the #Dallas area!
