When Little Accidents Happen CURAD is There to Soothe the Pain – #CURAD #SoothePlus

Discloser: I’m sharing CURAD® in my life as part of a sponsored series for Socialstars™ #CURAD #SoothePlus

As summer begins in Texas our family heads outdoors to take advantage of longer days and cooler evenings. The kids have been inside for several months keeping up with their studies. They are really looking forward to a break from school. In fact, they are so antsy they head outside as soon as we finish afternoon lessons before we sit down to dinner. The younger girls really need to release some of the energy that has been bubbling up inside of them like lava in a volcano.

Riding Bikes

We recently got a new bike that has some pretty ingenious technology built into it to make learning to ride safer and easier. The girls have enjoyed taking it out for a spin after school, but not without some minor mishaps along the way. Bumping into curbs, tipping over onto the grass, and unsuccessful navigation of curves all have happened, requiring a little TLC and a bandage.

CURAD SoothePLUS

I keep CURAD SoothePlus Medium Non-Stick Pads on hand for protecting those scraped knees and elbows. I also keep a package in a bag that we always carry when heading out to the park for a hike or a cycle on weekends. Always having wound cleaners, protective gel, and SoothePlus bandages on hand just makes sense to this dad.

What I like a lot about the CURAD SoothePlus bandages is that they are infused with ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda. ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda has natural and soothing properties, providing a fresh approach to first aid that is only available in CURAD products. The infused SoothePlus non-stick pads are not only naturally soothing, they also eliminate bacterial odor and absorb any excess drainage. These pads are made without latex to eliminate a possible allergic reaction.

CURAD® has been an industry leader for quite a while, providing first aid products for both home use and for medical facilities, such as clinics and hospitals. Whether it is a bandage needed for a scrape or cut, or a dressing for at-home post-operative healing, CURAD has pretty much any bandage needed for personal care.

Curad SoothePLUS

We stock up on the SoothePlus™ with ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda bandages to give our family the best care as quickly as possible. The Medium Non-Stick Pads are universally a good size fit for most emergencies. I can always double up if needed or can easily cut them into smaller pieces. I can’t predict when something will happen that requires a soothing bandage, so with CURAD products on hand I am always prepared.

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
