Have you just started a new health care plan for your family covered by UnitedHealthcare? I have teamed up with UnitedHealthcare to bring awareness to their Health Facts 1 2 3 engagement quiz that aims to enlighten you about how to use your new health care plan.
As a husband and father of 5, I make a point of staying informed about the benefits that are included in our family health insurance policy. UnitedHealthcare is dedicated to helping policy holders understand the basics of their health care coverage. The interactive engagement quiz on their website makes that pretty easy.
UnitedHealthcare Sweepstakes
There will actually be three engagements in February that will focus on how to use your health care plan after purchasing it or signing up through your employer. Each of these has its own sweepstake with associated prizes. The prizes include one $100 weekly winner and one $500 monthly winner, with a chance to win on three different platforms. These will run from February 1st through February 28th of 2017.
The Three Engagements
Health Facts 1 2 3: The first engagement, which I have already completed and entered to win, is a very simple quiz. It is 3 questions with either multiple choice or true/false answers that are related to understanding your health care plan.
Look and Learn: The second engagement requires that you watch an approximately 3 minute video about the steps you will take right after enrolling in a health care plan. When you have finished watching the video, you will be asked to answer one question that is relevant to the content of the video.
Perfect Match: This is the third engagement. This one is a little tricky because it relies on memory and concentration. It basically tests your knowledge of the general terminology that is contained in your health care plan description and summary. This short game helps you to understand generic health care terms.
Rules
There is no purchase required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You must be 18 years or older in most states. You can enter each sweepstake once daily between February 1st and February 28th, 2017. You can find all the rules at https://engage.uhc.com/rules/.
Prizes
