My wife, Staci, has been on me for the past couple of years to get healthy. I know her intentions are filled with love for me, but it doesn’t always make it easier to hear.
I mean, I get it. As she puts it, she needs me to “live forever.” That would mean I need to get myself healthier.
I may not be sick often, but I’m definitely not where I need to be weight wise. I not only want to be healthy for her, but I have 5 kids and a granddaughter that need me healthy.
Not to mention, I want to do it for myself. And that’s where it should all begin.
With that, I’m excited about our new partnership with Bowflex and the introduction of the Bowflex Max Trainer M8 into our home.
We now have a way to work out in the privacy of our home; and we can do it together. After all, we all need accountability. At least, I know I do. And I’m pretty sure Staci needs it too.
In fact, the accompanying Max Intelligence™ App helps maximize your workouts and help keep to keep you/me in line.
I think that’s one of my favorite things about the Max Trainer M8: all the great technology.
Take a look at the features of the Bowflex Xceed Max Trainer M8:
- Magnetic media rack for tablet or smartphone
- USB charging port
- Bluetooth® heart rate compatible
- 20 levels of resistance
- Enhanced dual-mode LCD/LED screens
- Unique burn rate display
- Connectivity for up to 4 individual users
- Multi-grip, dynamic handles
- Heart rate monitor (integrated contact grips)
Paired with the Bowflex Max Trainer app, you can see how you have complete control over your fitness journey. It’s easy to set, monitor, and track all of your fitness goals in one place.
Best of all, you can work out when it’s convenient for you. Whether you have a quick 4 minutes to spare or a full 30 minutes to burn, the Bowflex Max Trainer M8 has a workout for you!
“Max” will coach you through each workout, adjusting to meet you where you are. The machine helps you work out smarter, not harder, for maximum results.
I for one need the coaching and am definitely looking for “maximum results.”
What do you want out of each workout?
