Bowflex Max Trainer M8 Holds Me Accountable

Guess what, Guys? I’m doing it! I’m losing weight thanks to the Bowflex® Max Trainer® M8 I told you about a few months ago. Sometimes it just takes a bit of accountability.

Maybe it’s the fact that every time I walk into the loft area upstairs, it stands there in the corner calling my name. As I walk through the room to tuck my girls in at night or stroll through with a load of laundry in my arms, it calls me.

In fact, with the technology of Bowflex (Max Trainer M8 + app), this machine pretty much does everything BUT literally call me. And yet it still does a great job of holding me accountable.

Take another look at the tech features:

  • USB charging port
  • Bluetooth® heart rate compatible
  • 20 levels of resistance
  • Enhanced dual-mode LCD/LED screens
  • Unique burn rate display
  • Connectivity for up to 4 individual users
  • Multi-grip, dynamic handles
  • Heart rate monitor (integrated contact grips)

Combined with the Bowflex Max Trainer app, it’s easy to stay on track, maximize each workout, and hit your goals every time. Not only does it keep me on track, but it also keeps me motivated.

In fact, Staci and I engage in a bit of friendly competition using the awards system, therefore encouraging me to push even harder. After all, although I’m doing it for me, it’s because of her that I’m doing my best to stay on track.

Being able to workout at home, with the Bowflex Max Trainer M8, makes it even easier. In addition to getting healthy, I’m also keeping my wife happy. Double bonus!

25 years of marriage

And it only takes about 14 minutes a day, 4 times a week. The Max Trainer’s unique burn rate display motivates you by setting targets to help you achieve your goals—short bursts of effort followed by longer periods of rest—so you work out smarter, not harder.

At this stage of my life, I need smarter not harder.

That’s truly one of the best parts of the Bowflex Max Trainer M8; how effective each workout is. Even in one 14 minute workout, I can feel my body getting fit and begin to see the pounds shedding off each time I step on the scale.

Ultimately, that’s the main goal.

losing summer weight

I wanted to find a way to fit an effective workout into my already busy schedule. The Bowflex Max Trainer M8 allows me to mark that off the list.

I was looking for a good cardio workout that I could do at home to capitalize on these last fleeting years with our girls. The Bowflex Max Trainer M8 gives me that.

I needed to lose weight so that I could get healthier. The Bowflex Max Trainer M8 has me well below my first weight loss goal and on my way to the next one.

What are you looking for in your fitness journey?

Whether you’re already in shape, looking to get into shape, or simply wanting to add something new to your routine, check out the Bowflex Max Trainer M8.

Our girls have continued to homeschool through school closures, just as we’ve done for over a decade.

Online classes for many though have been an adjustment, and they can really slow down a home network with multiple devices.

Luckily #Verizon offers fast, reliable 5G internet in the #Dallas area!
