Full disclosure? I love my wife. She puts up with my little idiosyncrasies, and, likewise, I put up with hers. Over the course of 28 years together, we’ve learned to accept each other’s differences.

In fact, in many instances, we compromise and move forward together through whatever the circumstance may call for. But, when it comes to food, we still very much have our own opinions.
I admit, I am less open-minded when it comes to trying new flavors, but Staci will often at least try one bite.
Through our travels over the years, she has stretched her taste buds a bit further than mine, and that’s all well and good.
But, sometimes, I simply prefer to stick to what I’m used to. Pasta and sauces are part of that “sometimes.”
And, at least three of our five children tend to side with me when it comes to sticking with what we know. Good ol’ marinara and a hearty ravioli hits the spot.
The rich, full flavor of a robust tomato sauce fills me up every time and always takes me back to delicious memories of my childhood. Call me nostalgic when it comes to family meals I guess.
Therefore, when we decided to have a friendly pasta cook-off recently, my team, Team Tomato as we were dubbed, chose a fun Crispy Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli with Heirloom Marinara recipe.
Based on this Three Bridges recipe, we simply switched the Italian Sausage with chicken.
Staci and her Bold Basil Team decided on a Spinach and Cheese Tortellini with Basil Pesto recipe.
Luckily for all of us, Three Bridges makes family meal time quick and easy.
Because Three Bridges pasta and sauces do not need to be frozen, we were able to have our dinner on the table in under 15 minutes.
Considering how often we stall on deciding what to eat as a family, this cook time could not be more convenient for our family.
Not to mention, Three Bridges’ priority is healthful and honest meal solutions. This means we can feel confident our family is eating only the finest natural ingredients with no artificial flavorings.
Plus, the high protein options offered by Three Bridges mean that we will stay full longer.
When you combine all of this with the fast meal prep times, you can see how easily Three Bridges makes meals that don’t sacrifice quality for convenience.
You can truly get it all with a package of pasta and a container of sauce. No matter which team you’re on!
Me and my tomato team? We think we won, but it’s tough to lose when the pasta dishes were equally great all around.
But, since this is my blog, I’m taking the W on this one! (don’t tell Staci though)
