Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition

The Toyota Land Cruiser is a classic SUV that dates back 60 years. It has been one of the most widely driven on and off-road vehicles around the world. The 2018 Land Cruiser combines sophisticated on-road driving comfort with rugged off-road endurance and flexibility. It is the perfect car for an adventurous family.

Performance

Land Cruiser’s 5.7L V8 engine with 8 speed transmission is powerful. The suspension of this machine makes driving it smoother than other vehicles with this much power. That appeals to my wife and my girls. We all appreciate the power, but we want the ride to be comfortable.

All-terrain Capability

This SUV has Multi-terrain Select and Craw Control. The Multi-terrain monitor allows you to check your immediate surroundings via a display screen that is linked to front, side, and rear view cameras. Multi-terrain select then helps to modulate wheel spin and brake lockup on difficult terrain.

Crawl control automatically adjusts the throttle and brakes on low speed settings.

Technology

The Entune Premium JBLhttps://daysofadomesticdad.com/this-dad-would-by-a-toyota-sienna/ Audio with Integrated Navigation is a high-end entertainment system. A 9 inch display screen allows for operation of the system from the front dashboard. There is SiriusXM Satellite Radio compatibility and iPod connectivity so you can have all the music you like best. There is also a rear seat DVD entertainment system.

Interior

There is adequate seating for up to eight people with integrated Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children (LATCH). The third row of seats flips up to allow for up to 81.7 cubic feet of cargo space to stow our gear on trips.

The center console features a cooler to keep drinks and snacks chilled so we don’t have to make frequent stops.

The 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser is still reminiscent of the classic Land Cruisers that have been around for 6 decades.

Yet, it is more comfortable, stylish, and high-tech. As well, it has all of the most current safety features that we rely on for our long trips with the kids. Check it out at Toyota.com.

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
