6 Ways Toyota Avalon Surrounds You with Smart Stuff for the Whole Family

Auto Disclosure

The new Toyota Avalon is a luxurious 4 door sedan that meets the needs of my family. We are on the move constantly, so comfort and safety are of the utmost importance for us and our kids.

Toyota Avalon

Not only is the Toyota Avalon sleek and comfy, it also comes loaded with just the right amount of smart technology that we need to help us navigate our daily and extended road trips.

Pre-Collision System

The Pre-Collision system is an advanced safety feature designed to alert the driver when it detects a potential collision with a vehicle in front of you. It can apply the brakes if necessary. The integrated camera and radar system is designed to reduce the likelihood of me colliding with a pedestrian when driving in the city or approaching a crosswalk.

Lane Departure Alert

The car has a camera on the windshield that may help me avoid the dangers of unintended lane departure. It alerts me when it senses that I’ve veered from my lane and crossed the line.

Toyota Avalon

Optitron Instrumentation

This feature offers a display for the speedometer, tachometer, coolant temperature, and fuel gauges. The TFT Multi-Information Display has the odometer, tripmeter, current/average fuel economy, distance to empty, speed, shift-position indicator, ECO and Sport Mode indicator, and ECO Drive Level Indicator and warning messages. These are all necessary when trying to economize on our longer trips.

Entune™ Audio Plus with Connected Navigation App 30

The Entune™ Multimedia Bundle25 boasts of a 7 inch high-resolution touch-screen display, AM/FM CD player, MP3/WMA playback capability, eight speakers, auxiliary audio jack, USB 2.0 port41 with iPod®42 connectivity and control, advanced voice recognition,29 hands-free phone capability, phone book access and music streaming45 via Bluetooth®38 wireless technology. The Scout® GPS Link App, 30 Siri® Eyes Free 35 has SiriusXM® Satellite Radio16 and access to Entune™ services.

Toyota Avalon

eBin™ Sliding Electronic Device Holder

This is a wire management feature with illuminated interior storage that has two 12V auxiliary power outlets, auxiliary audio jack, and USB port. I love this feature for when the kids need to stay occupied in the back seat. Our devices are always charged.

Toyota Avalon

Climate Control

The Toyota Avalon comes with either dual or three zone automatic climate control with air filter and rear-seat vents. Mom and I are generally pretty comfortable with cooler temps. The kids don’t always care for the AC turning them into little snowwomen. It is nice to be able to control the air flow to the back seat.

As our family gets smaller over time, we keep looking to get a more fuel efficient car that isn’t over-sized.

Yet, we still want all the comforts and safety features of an SUV or minivan. The Toyota Avalon promises on this. The interior is roomy. The hybrid technology is fuel efficient, and the trunk is spacious. Of course, the features of this car make it pretty smart as well.

Our girls have continued to homeschool through school closures, just as we’ve done for over a decade.

Online classes for many though have been an adjustment, and they can really slow down a home network with multiple devices.

Luckily #Verizon offers fast, reliable 5G internet in the #Dallas area!
