Everyone should watch the SING Special Edition Blu-Ray. It is a hilarious, animated, musical comedy that our family just can’t get enough of. The animal characters all have thoughtful stories that will tug at your heartstrings. And, the music is pretty amazing.

We received our SING Special Edition Blu-ray combo pack and decided to have one of our family movie nights. I made a big batch of buttery popcorn to share and we settled in. I have to say, this movie got the kids up and moving. The music really is that good.

If you aren’t familiar with the story line, it is basically about a decrepit theater that a koala bear named Buster is trying to bring back to life. He does this by hosting a giant contest where singers can show off their talents. And, there are some big talents behind this film. Ariana Grande performs Stevie Wonder’s latest release “Faith”. This Golden Globe nominated Animated Feature has over 65 hit songs.

The overall cast is pretty stellar. It includes Taron Egerton, Scarlett Johansson, Matthew McConaughey, Seth MacFarlane, John C. Reilly, and Reese Witherspoon. Johnny, voiced by Egerton, is a gorilla with a criminal family that he needs to break free of. Rosita, portrayed by Witherspoon, is a mama pig with 25 bratty piglets to take care of. McConaughey is Buster. And, Johansson plays a punk rocker porcupine named Ash. Take a peek at the trailer here.

In addition to the music-filled comedy feature, the pack also includes over 60-minutes of bonus content and incorporates three all-new entertaining mini movies featuring the cast from SING as well as an exclusive Tori Kelly music video.
