My Real Life Powerpuff Girl

Hulu wants to invite you to share stories of #RealLifePowerpuff girls who are inspiring others by doing awesome things through their work in the creative and performing arts, science, athletics, family life, and community service.

My own daughter, Jaden, is my own Real Life Powerpuff Girl. She is an inspiration to other young women through her musical performances. She takes music lessons and performs live at local events.

At just 13, Jaden has found her passion and means to express what she believes in. Through her beautiful voice and guitar, she is showing other girls that you can have the confidence to be who you want to be at any age.

She is fearless when she is on stage, and I am so proud of her.

She might even have her story shared in addition to being entered to win a special PPG prize!

The Powerpuff Girls are three wide eyed superheroes, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. Their missions in life are going to school, fighting crime, winning at hopscotch, and saving the world one day at a time.

The mayor of their town relies on them to find and help take down criminals with their super powers. Like most girls, they have different personalities and don’t always agree.

Each one has unique strengths that, when combined, help them to work in harmony to destroy evil. All along, they are still just kids and really adorable. You can catch a peek of the girls on this video.

My Real Life Powder Puff girl is my neighbor Ana. She just turned 16 but she has been earning money for her family by babysitting and doing lawn jobs. Plus she is always polite and helpful and does a lot to take care of her younger siblings.

I’ve partnered with @TxDOT to remind you that all distractions – whether texting, eating, grooming, having a conversation, etc. – can be dangerous. #ad   That is why my family and I are also taking the AT&T It Can Wait pledge at http://www.ItCanWait.com/ to never drive distracted. As I get older and wiser as a dad of 5, I realize parenting is mostly about preparation. That is why I am proud to partner with @TxDOT on educating my daughters about distracted driving.    As a young guy, I found myself preparing to be a dad, or at least a good dad. Now I find myself preparing my children to be good people and safe drivers on the road. Jaci and I have been going over distracted driving prevention tips and having a little fun with the new web-based AR game – Dart Those Distractions. It helps promote safe driving in a fun way.   Check out the link in my bio to play. #HeadsUpTexas #EndTheStreakTX #ad
