Trip disclosure

Okay, Men, when was the last time you planned a romantic getaway for your wife? You just took the initiative and did it. I recently did this with Staci and it worked out great! Staying at Holiday Inn Los Cabos All-Inclusive made it easy.

Holiday Inn Resorts

A little research while trying to decide where to go for our getaway led me to an all-inclusive trip. Staci and I have visited Los Cabos before and had an amazing time, so I decided it would be perfect for our escape this time as well. And the benefits of staying at an all-inclusive resort were certainly enticing. With Holiday Inn Los Cabos, once I booked the stay, there wasn’t much left to do. All that we had to do was pack a bag and show up. I could easily leave my wallet behind because the drinks, food and activities were taken care of. It was easy to perceive that everything was “free” simply because I wasn’t paying for things throughout our stay.

Trip for 2 Los Cabo

Was there more to do beyond the all-inclusive package? Sure! In fact, we signed up for a tour of Los Cabos after talking with a helpful tour operator in the lobby of Holiday Inn. Although we enjoyed our time relaxing at the pool, we decided it would be nice to take in some of the culture of the city that we missed on our last trip there. Pick-up and drop-off was convenient being just outside the lobby doors.

Poolside Los Cabo Mexico

Back at the resort, we enjoyed all the food we could eat, delicious island drinks, and a peaceful atmosphere for lounging. Our suite was spacious and offered more than everything we needed during our stay. There were times when we had to pull ourselves out the door of the room to explore what the sun had to offer. The suite was just too spectacular to leave sometimes.

Enjoyed soaking up some sun on our private balcony here at the @HolidayInn in #Cabo. #JoyofTravel #ad

I think Staci and I agreed that our favorite part of our getaway was the sea turtle launch on the beach. During their part for conservation, Holiday Inn works to care for the sea turtle population in the Sea of Cortez.

How to Share With Just Friends

After adult sea turtles come up at night and lay their eggs, they are harvested and incubated until they hatch. Then, Holiday Inn employees release the babies back into the sea. Keeping a careful eye for predators and those little ones that get flipped onto their shell, the employees stay on the beach until the last sea turtle has made the journey. It was truly a marvel to witness and I liked knowing Holiday Inn played a part in their conservation efforts.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabo

Overall, we had a nice weekend getaway. Times like these are always great for reconnecting and relaxing. Holiday Inn Los Cabos All Inclusive made our stay comfortable and easy. We could stay on budget and enjoy a stress-free vacation. Can’t wait to go back!

Our girls have continued to homeschool through school closures, just as we’ve done for over a decade.

Online classes for many though have been an adjustment, and they can really slow down a home network with multiple devices.

Luckily #Verizon offers fast, reliable 5G internet in the #Dallas area!
