Lets Enjoy the Holidays with no Regrets

The holiday season is easily one of my favorite times of the year. Not only is it a great time to focus more on my family, but, let’s face it, the food this time of year is tasty! From the appetizers to the delicious desserts, there’s so much to enjoy!

Of course, with holiday parties and gifting, it seems the treats are even more plentiful. Every weekend we find ourselves at another party with sweets galore. Small gift exchanges often include sugary sweets that are hard to resist. Simply put… ‘tis the season.

Consider one of the most popular holiday candies: candy canes. Did you know there are over 1.76 billion made each year? Of just candy canes! Not to mention other favorites like the chocolate Santa Claus. There’s a lot of sweets to be had during this time of year!

Fortunately, we can counteract those confections with good oral care. Lucky for us, Kroger is making it easy to stock up on Crest and save, so you can keep everyone’s teeth and gums healthy all holiday season long.

In fact, right now at Kroger, you can Buy 3 Get 1 Free on Crest products. The Crest products included (multiple flavor varieties for each) are:

  • Crest Pro-Health
  • Crest Pro-Health Advanced
  • Crest Complete
  • Crest 3D White
  • Crest Scope

For our family, this translates into one tube of Crest toothpaste in each bathroom; so the girls really have no excuse. Not to mention, we can stock up and save for later this month. (You know, when Santa needs stocking stuffers).

The kids always find a new toothbrush in their stocking and these Kroger savings will help us make sure the tradition continues. It’s a great way to refresh everyone’s toothbrush and start them on the road to great oral care for the new year.

How do you keep your family’s oral care in check during the holidays?

Be sure to stock up and save when you Buy 3 Get 1 Free offer at Kroger from December 12 to December 25.

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
