Easily Latch and Anchor Your Kids in Place – Toyota Highlander Limited

Auto Disclosure

This year’s Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum is the perfect family car/SUV. The well-appointed interior has reclining third-row seats and can fit up to 8 people. This is essential for a large family. When the seats are folded down there is plenty of cargo space for our gear.

The available rear-seat Blu-ray disc entertainment system is a plus for keeping the kids occupied on long trips. The 8-inch display screen comes with RCA jacks, 2 wireless headphones, and a remote. There are 5 USB ports so that everyone can keep their devices plugged in and charged.

Safety First

The safety of this vehicle is what makes it most attractive for a family. The Star Safety System includes Enhanced Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Brake Assist, and Smart Stop Technology.

There are additional safety features that I like.

Airbags

The Advanced Airbag System features 8 airbags to ensure our safety in the event of a collision. The first row front and side dual stage bags protect the driver and passenger. There is also a driver knee bag and a passenger seat cushion airbag. Roll-sensing Side Curtain Airbags are in all rows.

LATCH

The Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children (LATCH) includes lower anchors and tethers on outboard second-row seats and a tether anchor on the middle of second- and third-row seats

Tire Pressure

A Tire Pressure Monitor System is a standard feature. Tire pressure is monitored at all times. If a tire becomes critically underinflated the system will alert the driver.

Technology

The Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum has some impressive technology onboard, such as the Bird’s Eye View Camera, Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross-traffic Alert, available Entune Multi-Media Bundle, and a three-zone climate control system.

The design of the 2019 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum has evolved to include a glossy black, dynamic front grill and expressive headlights. The multi-spoke 19 inch alloy wheels are very sporty for an SUV. But, it is the safety features that I am most impressed with for a family of 5. Find out more by visiting the Toyota website.

Things have been a little different this year, but Things have been a little different this year, but as far as school, not much as changed for us. #BrandPartner

Our girls have continued to homeschool through school closures, just as we’ve done for over a decade.

Online classes for many though have been an adjustment, and they can really slow down a home network with multiple devices.

Luckily #Verizon offers fast, reliable 5G internet in the #Dallas area!
