We decided to take the new 2019 Toyota Avalon on loan to test drive it and research all of the features. There were some things that really stood out to me that I am happy to share.
Luxury Car Feel
The 2019 Avalon has a streamlined, sculpted exterior design that is sporty and curvy. The wide stance helps the car to sit low giving the body a more luxury car look and feel. The front black grille, quad exhaust tips, and 19” alloy wheels suggest the internal power from the outside.
The interior is well appointed with stitched upholstery, a floating center panel between driver and passenger seats, and aluminum trim details. The ride is extremely quiet.
State-of-the-Art Technology
The floating center stack includes the next-generation Entune™ 3.0 App Suite on a 9 inch display screen with the capability to connect up to 5 Wi-Fi devices.
The Avalon now offers Apple CarPlay support as a standard feature.
The available JBL with Clari-Fi audio system has 1200 watts, 14 speakers, 7.1 channel surround sound, with high quality hardware and software for extraordinary sound.
Toyota Remote Connect gives you the ability to control aspects of your vehicle, such as locking the doors or starting the engine, using your Apple Watch or Android Smartwatch.
A 7 inch Multi-Information Display on the dash allows you to check the car vitals, such as your fuel levels and your mpg. You can also get detailed graphic directions to your destination. The display is customizable.
While there are multiple USB ports for charging devices, there is also a wireless charging station for your phone.
