What it’s Like Inside the 2019 Lexus ES 350 F Sport

Auto Disclosure

I have always wanted to own a Lexus. The name alone implies luxury. The 2019 Lexus ES 350 F Sport takes the concept of a luxury sedan to the next level. While the exterior is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to that assertive sporty design, the interior cabin is in another class.

The interior of the F SPORT reminds me of a sleek cockpit. The bolstered sport seats are precisely designed to encapsulate and grip you through every turn. The driver’s seat boasts of a 14-way motorized adjustment with 4-way lumbar support.

The driver’s foot pedals are high-tech aluminum. The instrument panel is inspired by the fastest luxury race cars. The steering wheel is trimmed in perforated leather just like the finest European imports. It feels like a personal driving capsule totally separate from the rest of the car. Yet, it really isn’t just about the driver.

The entire interior is an immersive experience for driver and passengers alike. The rear seat space has plenty of headroom and generous legroom. The front seats are heated and ventilated with separate heaters and fans in the seat cushions for optimal individual comfort for both driver and passenger.

Exterior Features

The power operated trunk of the ES 350 Sport F can be opened and closed using a button on the key fob, on the trunk lid, or next to the steering wheel. As well, there is an added convenience with an open and close function that operates by waving your foot under the rear bumper. This is great for when your hands are full and reminds me of the power function on larger SUV hatch lifts.

When you are approaching the car, the exterior lights turn on so that you can see where your feet are going so as to prevent tripping or stepping into standing water.

The underside and sides of the 350 are engineered so that direct airflow moves seamlessly around the body. This adds to the fuel economy, noise reduction, less vibration, and better handling at increased speeds. And, it just looks awesome.

Check it Out for Yourself

The reputation of Lexus precedes itself. As I said, I have always wanted to own one, and this would be the model I have my eye on. While I like to think it would be Dad’s luxury toy, the truth is that this can also be just a really comfortable 4-door family sedan. I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
