The 2018 Toyota Camry might be the perfect family sedan available. It is roomy, comfortable, has state-of-the-art technology and connectivity, and is loaded with safety features. The XSE, in particular, has caught my eye as a possible fit for a family of 5 to get us where we need to go daily and for road trips where we don’t need an SUV to haul lots of gear. The trunk space is adequate.

The XSE exterior is modeled after the smooth lines of a catamaran and includes a black sport mesh grille. The headlights and taillights are LED. This is a four-door sedan. The interior is available in leather and has 8-way power-adjustable driver’s and front passenger seats for a maximally comfortable ride.
Performance
The Camry is available with 4 cylinder or V6 gas powered engines with advanced fuel efficiency. This car gets an estimated 41 mpg highway driving, making it great for family road trips. The hybrid models have gas and electric motors boasting of 53 mpg highway driving.
Safety
Toyota’s Safety Sense offers standard automatic high-beam headlights, forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, and lane-departure alert with steering assist. Ten airbags come standard. The XSE model has blind spot monitors, rear cross-traffic alerts, and intelligent clearance sonar.
