#spon: I’m required to disclose a relationship between our site and Intel. This could include the Intel Corporation providing us w/content, product, access or other forms of payment.

A few weeks ago I got an email asking if I would try out one of the Intel Tablets, at first I thought, nah no thanks. I figured I had enough tablets from reviews and contests, I really didn’t need another. But after reading about the Intel processor that is being incorporated in new Asus tablets I said why not.

Asus Intel Tablets

When I finally got my hot little hands on the Asus Intel Tablet I was surprised by the size and feel. Its rather thin body and sleek edges made it easy to hold in one hand. The felt like back, gave it a anti-slip feel, which was reassuring. Next to brilliant screen and high resolution, was the noticable speed of the tablet. This is mainly why I wanted to try out the Intel Tablets.

I compared the Asus Intel Tablet to a few major brand tablets, that are fairly new. And compare is not the word I would use to say how the Asus Intel Tablet preformed.  I took this tablet travelling, used it at home for work, let my 5 year old use for the day, and joined a Google Hang Out a time or two. This tablet did not miss a beat. It can work or play. The versatility of the Intel processor blows the competition out of the water. I wish all my tablets were this quick and reliable.

Intel

A powerful Intel® processor gives you all the performance, agility, and speed you need in your Android* tablet. And with available 64-bit processing, built-in security1, and outstanding battery life, it’s the kind of tablet performance you can count on. Only with Intel. Look Inside.™

  • Blazing-fast performance
  • Smooth app-switching
  • Powerful visuals
  • Built-in security
  • Long battery life

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
