I still have 3 kids at home full time. My wife and I homeschool our girls. With that come the demands of constantly being challenged to think of ways to be creative with our teaching and communication skills. We also find the need to keep up with the most up-to-date technology so that our girls are prepared when they go off to college or get a job.

At the same time, we want our children to explore on their own and find creative outlets to express themselves.

Intuos Creative Pen Tablet

The Wacom Intuos Tablet is a technology tool that helps kids to tap into their artistic sides. The tablet interfaces with a PC or Mac via Bluetooth or USB cable to enable you to make digital art. Using a pressure sensitive pen in your hand you are able to draw, paint, or edit photographs. The Intuos comes with up to 3 free creative downloadable software programs that are easy for kids or adults to use.

Another nice feature of the Creative Tablet and the pen is that you can use it as a mouse for your PC or Mac. Some of us struggle with wrist pain due to overuse of a mouse. The stylus pen can ease that discomfort by providing a more natural range of motion.

The Wacom Intuos comes in a couple of different sizes to accommodate your desk or table space. It also is available in either black or pistachio. This tablet is as slim as a cell phone and easy to travel with.

Try One Out

If you are unfamiliar with a Creative Pen Tablet, I think it is a good idea to go to your local Best Buy and give one a try. You will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. Also, check out the new Wacom Intuos Bluetooth Creative Pen Tablet at the Best Buy website.

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
