Tension When Travelling

Over the last year and a half I have fine tuned my way of traveling. I have learned that my body starts to build tension during flights from airport to airport. The first time I noticed was when I had a terrible migraine headache, that last most of my media trip. Knowing that I don’t normally get headaches at home, I just chalked it up to stress and tension.

The next media event was about a month later, when I developed a headache so bad it traveled from mt head to my back. I was in such pain, that I just want to stay in my hotel room until it was time to fly back home. It was at that point I needed some thing fast acting to get me through my headache mess.

My Travel Necessities

Now I travel prepared for those nasty tension headaches! I make sure that I bring along a few Advil® Film-Coated Ibuprofen Sodium. Along with a reusable water bottle, stress bean bag, and tablet.

  • Water bottle – to keep me hydrated, and keep from drink tons of sodas.
  • Stress bean bag – This helps on flights or during trips to release tension in my body.
  • Tablet – I like to water movies when flying, it has me not focus on anything that maybe stressful.
