The weather is pretty nice where we are in Texas, so we do like to spend time in the backyard as much as possible as a family. One of our favorite things to do together is to have a family movie night where the girls can pick what they want to watch. Sometimes they will have friends over, so having enough space for a big family + friends is what we need.
SunBriteTV at Best Buy
I thought it would be great if we could expand our indoor space by creating an outdoor living space complete with a comfortable seating area and a large screen TV to catch some of those movies on a warm summer evening.
The TV that I have my sights set on is the SunBriteTV Veranda, specifically the 55 inch Class, LED, Outdoor, for Full Shade. There are other SunBriteTV models also, such as the Signature series for partial shade and Pro series for full sun. We probably won’t be watching movies during the day if it is sunny out, so the Full Shade works for our needs.
The Veranda lineup of TVs are weatherproof, so they are truly designed and made specifically for the outdoors. These TVs are engineered for permanent outdoor installation and are more durable, safer, and have better performance than trying to use and indoor TV outside. Indoor TVs do not belong on a terrace or deck exposed to the elements.
I have to say that I am pretty excited about the possibility of being able to watch TV outside instead of being cooped up inside with the AC blasting.
