Let MassMutual Guide You to Your American Dream

I participated in an Influencer Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for MassMutual. I received a promotional item to thank me for participating.

What is your passion, or dream to be? Are you living the so called American Dream? For Me the answer is yes and no. I see my self as an entrepreneur, but not as a business like kind of guy. For me, I have a dream job of working from home and spending plenty of time with my family. When I think American Dream, think self owned business, and/or mom & pop shops of America.MassMutual Financial Group American Dream

I am working close with MassMutual Financial Group to help me and other reclaim their America Dream. MassMutual Financial Group has conducted a survey, MassMutual’s State of the American Family Study, help understand family spending now. The State of the American Family research series highlights the ways in which American families are putting financial values into practice and how their perspectives are changing the way they manage and plan for their households’ finances now and in the future. Topics covered include:

  • Family dynamics including an understanding of how parents define “family”
  • Perceptions of the American Dream
  • Debt
  • Saving for college
  • Planning for retirement
  • Planning for long-term care or caregiving
  • Financial literacy or the use of financial professionals

Over the past few years, the study has shown that American families have become much more involved with their finances and have expressed a higher level of financial satisfaction as a result. This positive momentum, coupled with improved market conditions, gives Americans the opportunity to take greater control over their futures and focus on those people and activities that matter most to them.

Reach for Your American Dream

In a recent study from MassMutual, 7 in 10 Americans say they want to be actively involved in all decisions regarding their finances, yet less than 20% of these people say they are satisfied with their current financial situation. I can 100% see that true in my family, and in people that are close to me. This day and age, we all want to be involved, and know of any finance decisions.

For us we want to strive to be financial stable for the long run of our life. With MassMutual, they can help families achieve their American Dream today. MassMutual has a full arsenal to help you:

  • Protect your family
  • Save for retirement
  • Saving for college
  • Educate your children about money

Which one(s) do you need help with? Reach out to the MassMutual Financial Group today, and start living the financial America Dream.

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
