Getting Help From Walgreens on Recommended Vitamins for the Family

Walgreen recommended vitamins

With the continued challenge to keep a full house of 6 fit and healthy I look for advise to do so. Luckily I don’t need to look too far, since my local Walgreens store offers plenty of Health and Wellness options. I already find myself at Walgreens picking up medications for relieving pain, my allergy issues, and quick necessities for around the house. I can feel confident with a full range of recommended vitamins for the whole Family, and other supplements I should be able to provide the best for them.

This past weekend we stopped in at Walgreens, to check out the full line of health and wellness options for my family. I had a chance to visit with a team member, and they recommended vitamins for everyone. It was nice to see a full selection of choices whether if it was the #WellatWalgreens brand or other major brand names. One of the best things about shopping at Walgreens is their Wellness at Walgreens brand, cause I receive a buy 1 get 50% off discount. To start off our journey I picked up the following:

  • Walgreens One Daily For Men Multivitamin
  • Walgreens A-Z Multivitamin
  • Walgreens Children’s Multivitamin, Gummies
  • Walgreens Melatonin

From here I figured I can slowly ease into a daily regimen for everyone, to create a habit.

Overcoming the Challenge

For the most part my family is self maintained in a sense were everyone normally takes care of themselves. It would take a act of Congress for all of us to get together to exercise or remember to take vitamins. So what I have done is make a daily health reminder board. This way I can place the reminder board on the kitchen counter, cause everyone makes their way to the kitchen at least once a day. This will set as a reminder for everyone, and they can check off what activity, and vitamins/supplements that they took.

I simply took a frame I got from Walgreens or you can use one you can get from a local dollar store. Then either draw or design on the computer like  I have a template. Then I just place the page into the frame and use a dry erase marker to check off appropriate activities.

I laid my dad to rest today. Although our relati I laid my dad to rest today.

Although our relationship has been strained over the past 14 years, he was still my dad.

He instilled values in me that I have carried into adulthood and continue to pass down to my family.

He showed me how to care for and appreciate my wife in such a way that she knows I love her.

He taught me life lessons that I have been able to teach my own children.

I wish we could have had a more meaningful relationship so that he (and my mom) could have experienced my life, my family, with me, but I’m grateful for the time we had.

He’ll always be my dad and that seems like enough right now.
