Thank you for loving and taking care of me all the Thank you for loving and taking care of me all these years. You are truly my best friend. ❤️
AD: How many of us are ready to get out of our hou AD: How many of us are ready to get out of our house this summer for a great family vacation? After the past two years, it’s well past time for us to set sail and hit the open sea.

Well, if cruising is your thing, which, for our family, it absolutely is. In fact, it’s our favorite way to travel as a whole for a number of reasons.

With an array of ships and itineraries available all over the world on @carnival you have the flexibility to choose the ship and destinations that best fit your needs, as well as your budget.

Basically, everyone from grandparents to parents to kids can come together on board and have a great time!

Plus, if Alaska is on your bucket list, in addition to Carnival, both Holland America Lines and @princesscruises feature 6 ships each that sail to the “The Last Frontier.”

It’s hard to find a more ideal way to travel with your family than a cruise.

You can find something for everyone to eat and do, at an affordable price, at exotic destinations all over the world.

Where will you cruise first? #bestsummer #backtocruise @takingthekids

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths among both men and women, accounting for nearly 25% of all cancer deaths. New U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) guidelines for lung cancer screening now include people ages 50-80 with a 20 pack-year history who currently smoke or have quit within the last 15 years.

As a former smoker nearing the age of 50, this will give me access to lung cancer screening. Early detection of cancer saves lives and November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month, so it’s the perfect time to get your lung cancer screening #BackontheBooks!
