But, that doesn’t mean I am a horrible dad. It just means I still make mistakes and learn from them… *daily*.

I can almost guarantee that with a bit of quality time and love you will see differences in your child.

Being a dad of five children, you would think that I have it all together as far as being a great father. 

I will be the first to admit to you that I am not... and I fail more often than I should. But, that doesn't mean I am a horrible dad. It just means I still make mistakes and learn from them... *daily*.

### **How do you show a Dad's Love**?

The way I look at it is that you can read all the books you want, but until you [understand your own children](https://daysofadomesticdad.com/what-gratitude-is-to-children/) you will continue to miss the mark in parenting. 

As parents, we all have [children that are different in many ways](https://daysofadomesticdad.com/encourage-fitness-in-our-children/) and need to be loved differently.

Each one of my children is very different than the next. They all need love shown in their little way. If I were asked the key to bringing up a child, I would say [children need both love and quality](https://daysofadomesticdad.com/how-can-dads-ensure-a-quality-athletic-education-of-their-children/) time consistently.
