# Is the 2018 Toyota Camry the Right Family Sedan for You?

### The 2018 Toyota Camry might be the perfect family sedan available. It is roomy, comfortable, has state-of-the-art technology and connectivity, and is loaded with safety features. The XSE, in particular, has caught my eye as a possible fit for a family of 5 to get us where we need to go daily and for road trips where we don’t need an [SUV](https://daysofadomesticdad.com/toyota-highlander-se-perfect-family-suv/) to haul lots of gear. The trunk space is adequate.

## 2018 Toyota Camry XSE

Styling

The XSE exterior is modeled after the smooth lines of a catamaran and includes a black sport mesh grille. The headlights and taillights are LED. This is a four-door sedan. The interior is available in leather and has 8-way power-adjustable driver’s and front passenger seats for a maximally comfortable ride.

Performance

The Camry is available with 4 cylinder or V6 gas powered engines with advanced fuel efficiency. Safety

Toyota's Safety Sense offers standard automatic high-beam headlights, forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, and lane-departure alert with steering assist. Ten airbags come standard. The XSE model has blind spot monitors, rear cross-traffic alerts, and intelligent clearance sonar.
