Disclosure: To facilitate a 2014 Ford Tremor Review I was loaned a 2014 Ford F-150 Tremor for one week. All opinions are my own.
2014 Ford Tremor Review
We sported the 2014 Ford Tremor for a week, and had a blast driving this sports pick up. Of coarse the first thing you noticed about this stout machine is that it is a missing a crew cab. At least that is what I thought when we first laid eyes on it earlier this year at the North American International Auto Show, in Detroit. Tremor is the only regular-cab F-150 offering a flow-through center console and bucket seats. Interior has handsome touches include black leather seating surfaces with red piping, brushed-metal accents and a red-stitched steering wheel.
“The new Tremor gives F-150 customers yet another option to drive a highly capable, distinctive performance truck with features typically found only in the aftermarket,” said Brian Bell, F-150 product marketing manager. “Plus, the Built Ford Tough EcoBoost engine is available for the first time in a short-wheelbase F-150.”
The instrument console is similar to the current F-150 model style, featuring MyFord Touch®. But, if you are looking at the 2014 Ford Tremor, your not looking cause of the front dash command center. The regular short-wheelbase will sell its self if that is what you are looking for. Just keep in mind that the ford Tremor is two seat, sports hot rod, that is packing Ford’s latest engine (EcoBoost) and vehicle technology.
